Company Background
Jalal Afghan Construction Company (JACC) is non governmental, profit organization established to assist for the development, rehabilitation and reconstruction of Afghanistan, fully controlled and run by professional and well educated experienced and competent Afghan expertise. Jalal Afghan Construction is an active organization working through direct cooperation with local Ministries, and registered by Afghan Investment Support Agency (AISA) with license No: D – 32539.in 2002 established and started services. Jalal Afghan Construction organizational structure consists of Head Quarters, Engineering and dsign Department, admin/Finance Department, procurement and lojestic department and HR departemet. JACC is established in 2002 by a group of qualified Afghan Engineers in Kabul, Mazar, Heart, Badakhshan, Takhar, Kunar, Nangrahar, Bamian, and Kundoz Cities.

Mission Statement
Taking an active and fruitful part in Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Afghanistan through maximum participation of community in Project identification, Planning and implementation with no prejudice to region, race and language. A group of sincere Afghan engineers come together and decide to form the company feeling the responsibility of assisting Afghan government national and international community in the process of Rehabilitation and Development of the Country.
